Before booking a commission, consider reading this form. Thank you for your collaboration!
-The payment must be made in advance, via Paypal, Kofi or Postepay, until I receive the payment the work will not start;-You can have a refund only if I didn't start the commission yet or if in the sketch phase you changed your mind and you don't want to commission me anymore (but in this case is a partial refund). I will not refund you if you do not respect the two things I've said before;-I have the right to decline the commission or ask you to change the subject if I don't feel comfortable enough to work with it;-I will send you my work in progress, you can ask for three changes for free, beyond the 3 changes there will be a small price increase (5 euros for each change);-I will adapt the character design according to my style. If I have to work on something with a lot of details, props or other complex things, I can make the price higher;-I will accept NSFW commissions ONLY from adults (18+), if you try to fake your identity, I have my methods to find out and block you. Check my NSFW commission sheet for what can I do and what I can't do (ask for it);____________________________USAGE POLICY-I have full rights of my art, if you want to use my works as reference please credit me;-If you've made a collaboration piece with me, you are allowed to sell it only with my permission. If not, you will be blacklisted and I'll delete any trace of our collab;-I will not allow any commercial use of my work without consent, if you want we can discuss about it but I have to receive at least 30% of the gain;-Personal use is consented with credits;-I make my own merch with my Ocs or canon characters, if you want a charm, sticker, print or anything with them, just ask. If you want to make them by yourself, please ask me first;-I will not allow to resell any of my merch, if you want to get rid of it, I'll gently ask you to sell it at a lower price or gift it to someone who's interested.____________________________WAITING TIMEConsider that drawing is not my full-time job (unfortunately).
I'm studying to graduate in my art academy, I have assignments and work to do for and I need, sometimes, to take breaks between one thing and another to avoid burnout. My mental health, being untreated and not being able to afford to go to therapy at the moment, is not the best: I often have strong panic and anxiety attacks, I get sick when I produce too much and I am frequently in strong depressive states that do not allow me to work any better. I ask you to be patient and respect these things, I will always notify you when I have new updates on your commissions but, if it takes me longer than it should, don't blame me, I will always deliver in any case even if I am late.
